Cipher Skin’s core technology is a Cipher Mesh — a next-gen wearable that utilizes a network of sensors printed directly into textiles that are worn like regular clothes. It’s like something out of Star Trek. We needed to break down these complex concepts into design and content components that spoke to technical and non-technical users alike.
Early on, we decided a systems approach would be key. Creating a UI system around the existing branding would allow us to create a cohesive feel, not only for Cipher Skin’s marketing materials but for the applications and products themselves.
We developed personas for key target demographics: and crafted unique pages for each vertical Cipher Skin was targeting — athletic performance, general wellness, physical therapy, and industrial applications.
Since launching in July of 2020, Cipher Skin has raised over $5 million in additional funding. The website has been a critical tool in showcasing BioSleeve and the Digital Mirror application to investors and medical professionals alike.
